  • Yearly plans are billed once per year and offer up to 65% savings
  • Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next cycle
  • Unlimited plans have no credit limit — process as many images as you need
How to cancel
  • Cancel anytime — no contracts, no cancellation fees
  • Log in to Gumroad → Library → find your PixelScale subscription → Cancel membership
  • Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period
  • After cancellation your account moves to the Free plan (60 credits, no reset)

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We strongly encourage you to:

  • Start with the Free plan (60 credits, no payment needed)
  • Test all features before upgrading
  • Contact support before purchasing if you have any questions
Upgrade or downgrade
  • Upgrade your plan anytime using your account dashboard or a promo code
  • Switching from monthly to yearly: cancel monthly, purchase yearly plan
  • Downgrading: cancel your current plan, purchase a lower tier next cycle
  • Promo codes are single-use and cannot be transferred or refunded

Important: PixelScale processes payments through Gumroad. Subscription management (cancellation, receipts, billing history) is handled directly through your Gumroad Library. We do not store your payment details.

Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime; yearly subscribers are billed for the full year upfront and credits reset every January. You can switch from monthly to yearly by cancelling your monthly plan and purchasing the yearly plan.

Yes — all plans include the option to embed 300 DPI metadata into JPEG and PNG outputs, making them ready for professional printing. After upscaling, toggle the DPI boost option and download. The tool also shows you the exact print size (in inches and cm) at 300 DPI so you know exactly what size your image will print at.
